ZOLLER to Demonstrate Digital Transformation of Tool Management at EMO Hannover 2025

E ZOLLER GmbH & Co KG, a global leader in tool presetting and measuring technology, announces its participation in EMO Hannover 2025, a global-scale trade fair for the metalworking industry. The company will showcase its latest innovations at Hall 4, Stand C21 from September 22-26, 2025. 

Celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, ZOLLER continues to build on its legacy of innovation with a comprehensive display of cutting-edge solutions designed to optimise manufacturing processes and increase productivity in machining operations. 

Visitors to the ZOLLER booth will experience firsthand the company’s commitment to precision engineering and Industry 4.0 integration through live demonstrations of several flagship products. The showcase will feature the »smartCheck« series, offering comprehensive tool inspection systems with advanced technology. Attendees will also see the »smileCompact«, an entry-level presetting and measuring machine with unprecedented capabilities, alongside the »toolStation« that provides a comfortable working environment for tool assembly with spacious, illuminated workspaces. ZOLLER will demonstrate the »threadCheck«, a universal high-end measuring machine for fully automatic complete measurement. Additionally, integrated storage solutions for efficient tool management will be presented, including the »toolOrganizer« and »keeper« systems. The exhibition will be complemented by the »zTower«, an advanced mounting island for centralised tool assembly.
