At this highly anticipated event, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a diverse array of Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and Turning Machines poised to revolutionize the shop floors of Toolmakers.
With its longstanding association with TAGMA India and consistent participation in five Die & Mould India exhibition editions, LMW MTD sees this event as a critical opportunity to connect with customers and showcase their cutting-edge machines and solutions tailored to the die mould industry. LMW will be exhibiting a range of state-of-the-art machines at the event, each equipped with impressive technical specifications to meet the industry’s evolving demands. Among the showcased products will be the J5 Vertical Machining Center, known for its exceptional reliability, performance, and precision. The J Series machines will boast stroke capabilities, with the X-axis ranging from 600 mm to 1 metre, the Y-axis up to 600 mm, and the Z-axis from 500 mm to 600 mm. These machines will feature spindle power ranging from 7.5 to 22 kW, with direct drive spindle speeds of up to 12,000 rpm.
Additionally, LMW will showcase the JG 50 High-speed Moving Column VMC, designed to deliver high productivity with its compact yet strong build. Featuring very high acceleration of greater than 1G and spindle speeds up to 16,000 rpm, this machine will ensure rapid tool changes in just 1 second, thereby saving significant time. The JD 1 Compact VMC will offer stroke capabilities of 500 mm on the X-axis, 400 mm on the Y-axis, and 320 mm on the Z-axis, along with a spacious table size of 650 mm x 400 mm. This machine will guarantee exceptional performance and accuracy, equipped with a direct drive BBT 30 high-speed spindle capable of reaching up to 24,000 rpm.
Moreover, the S Turn I Horizontal Turning Center, featuring an 8-inch chuck, a maximum diameter of 320 mm, and a maximum length of 300 mm, will boast an 8-station hydraulic turret, spindle speed of 4500 rpm, and spindle power of 5.5/7.5 kW. These technical specifications will demonstrate the advanced capabilities of LMW’s machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency for various applications in the die mould industry.
