Fourth edition of Dairy Industry Expo 2019, the three-day exhibition and conference got opened today at Auto cluster Exhibition Centre, Chinchwad, Pune. The exhibition is scheduled from 11th October 2019 to 13th October 2019. Ofier Langer, General Manager of Israeli Dairy School, Dr Vivek H Kshirsagar, Katraj Milk Union, Dr Tanweer Alam, Kemin Industries, Virenda Asati, Merck Life, Prachi Arora, Anand Gorad and Ashwani Verma of Benison Media the organisers attended the inaugural function.
Maharashtra is one of the leading dairy producers in the country, and Pune leads the state. All major national level milk and dairy products brands are having their base in the region. The event is expected to draw a lot of visitors from the dairy and allied industry. More than 100 exhibitors are offering their latest products and technologies for the sustainable production of the industry. Milk processing industry needs to follow strict quality production process and it’s important to bring latest technologies to support sustainable dairying.

The exhibition will be open to business visitors from 10 am to 6 pm. One 11th October conference on Sustainable Dairying is organised along with a workshop on spare processing and farming facilities. On 12th October a round table conference on present policies for Dairy Sector and a workshop on Dairy franchise summit and Digital Dairying is organized. One the last day delegates can attend a workshop on setting up a dairy farm and mini processing dairy plant.
The first Industry Dairy Expo was organized at Karnal, Haryana and later the venue was shifted to Pune considering the industry exposure. The next edition of Dairy Industry Expo is expected to be scheduled during October 2020. For more details do visit www.dairyindustryexpo.com
