A unique approach to manufacturing and ideas have paved the way for success.
To call waste could be a sheer waste of time, energy, and most of all, money! In these competitive times when the very survival of industries is uncertain, every means ought to be explored to either save money or increase income. And sometimes the so-called means come from unexpected sources. Like in the case of the manufacturing industry, waste heat! The same, with the right means and products, can be used to generate electricity besides using it for other purposes.
Trust Well Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2000 to design and manufacture all manner of boilers for waste heat recovery besides the handling of corrosive and complicated flue gasses. Besides the company also has experience in designing and manufacturing low-temperature heat recovery products. Their other products are Economizers, Steam Coil Air Preheaters, Super Heaters, and Boiler accessories to suit various types of fuels.
With certifications from EIL (Engineers India Limited) and IBR, they have the right credentials when it comes to their particular kind of services. And the only one in the SME sector to have these certifications.
Be Unique, Not the Best. Mr Dilip Ambekar’s Moto. The Director of Trust Well Engineers has seen the use of this idea bring them immense success and accolades. That besides, their unique approach toward the boiler and related technology and proactive ways of working brings them center-stage when it comes to their line of products and services.
In an interview with Machine Maker, Dilip Ambekar, Director of Trustwell Engineering, spells out his vision, mission, and ideas and how they are different from the others. He says “We are a unique company, not the best company”. Truly, a unique approach toward manufacturing and their unique ideas have paved the way for success.
Trust well Engineering is a known name even among the likes of ISRO and the Indian Navy where they have produced standard and non-standard boilers that respond to different fuels. Working with wastage recovery, complicated waste gases containing cyanides are converted into atmospheric air by their boilers.
Currently, they are working on a typical boiler to reduce the disposable liquid waste caused by burning liquids directly in the boiler instead of taking the incinerator route. They end up generating 1.6 MW of power from this route. The boiler will be displayed in modular form during the Boiler Exhibition 2022. Mr. Ambekar predicts that the Pharma companies, which burn waste liquids are in need of these types of technologies. This unique innovation allows Mr. Ambekar to show his creativity and how the same can result in the creation of different solutions.
The newest addition to the Boiler exhibition 2022 would be the wall, showing the innovations in the boiler industry. Foreign customers in numbers are expected to be in attendance during the Boiler 2022, “It would be a great opportunity for Atmanirbhar Bharat” says Mr. Ambekar, regarding the global visitors. “There is a need for the Indian Boiler Industry to paint India as a good manufacturing and service hub,” says Mr. Ambekar, talking about the things that companies should look for.
India, unfortunately, has to burn much of its municipal solid waste, an act that unfortunately adds huge quantities of pollutants to the atmosphere. The Boiler 2022 exhibition has solutions forming the right ideas to deal with MSW while not polluting the atmosphere- and also generating electricity!
Their uniqueness has seen Trustwell Engineers being awarded as one of the top 10 boiler manufacturers in India. According to Mr. Ambekar, with foreign customers likely to approach the exhibition, it shall be the right venue to increase their customer base in foreign lands. He also encourages India’s private sector players to visit the Boiler exhibition and see for themselves how technology created within India too can be quite advanced yet cost-effective and efficient.
