VT Corp Pvt Ltd, one of the leading companies in the air pollution control industry, is gearing up for its third appearance at Boiler India 2024 with its amazing Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) solutions, driven by the valuable connections and opportunities gained from their previous participation. In a recent interview with Anil Sutar, the Business Head of VT Corp, shared his vast industry experience and the company’s plans for deeper market penetration through the event.

Boiler India is a major trade show dedicated to the boiler industry, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and industry experts under one roof. This event serves as a platform for showcasing the latest innovations, technologies, and trends in industrial heating systems, energy solutions, and power generation.

The Boiler India 2024 is set to become the ultimate stage for breakthrough innovations in pollution control technology. VT Corp, a known company in the Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) sector, will be unveiling its latest solutions designed to tackle modern challenges in emission reduction. With stricter regulations on particulate matter emissions, industries are facing growing pressure to adopt cleaner technologies.

VT Corp’s main objective at Boiler India 2024 is to generate new leads and expand its customer base. Currently, the company serves many boiler manufacturers but aims to significantly increase that number by interacting with a wider range of companies at the expo. The company will be exhibiting at stall number B118 in Hall B, showcasing a range of unique and innovative products.

Innovation in Emission Control: VT Corp’s Advanced ESP Solutions and Expert Insights

In 1987, Anil Sutar completed his Industrial Electronics Engineering degree and began his career in the field of electrostatic precipitators. With a diverse range of experience, he has worked across various roles, including technical services, sales, and marketing. He later earned an MBA in Marketing from the Welingkar Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.

With over 37 years of experience in the field of electrostatic precipitators, Mr Sutar brings an impressive track record of handling a variety of roles, from technical services to sales and marketing. After joining VT Corp, Mr Sutar heads the company’s ESP business vertical. His move to VT Corp was largely influenced by his long-standing professional relationship with Uday Sanvi, Managing Director of VT Corp.

Reflecting on his time with Ador Powertron, Mr Sutar stated, “In my 20 years there, I was fortunate to grow quickly, and by the time I left, I had gained a thorough understanding of how to effectively market ESPs and help industries meet stringent emission standards.”

Over the past decade, emission standards have undergone a dramatic transformation. Ten to fifteen years ago, the permissible limit for particulate matter emissions was set at 200 milligrams per normal cubic meter (mg/Nm³). Today, the threshold has dropped to less than 50 mg/Nm³, with some industry segments required to achieve even lower levels, below 30 mg/Nm³. This shift has posed significant challenges for industries operating with older ESP systems. VT Corp is meeting these challenges head-on through advanced ESP retrofitting techniques.

With the industry moving towards a cleaner future, VT Corp is ready to lead the way, offering practical, innovative solutions that meet today’s environmental challenges. Be sure to visit their booth at Boiler Expo 2024 for an exclusive look at their revolutionary ESP systems and retrofitting solutions.
