In an exclusive interview with Machine Maker, Abhay Patil,the Director of Boiler and Power plant, Thyssenkrupp, India, mentions that the visitors at the stall will get to learn about the new things Thyssenkrupp is doing in the market, and how they are transforming the fossil fuel technology suitable for the new generation fuels like hydrogen and methane. Visitors will also get an opportunity to know about the new happenings in the biomass area.

According to Abhay Patil, the customers should expect the input in field of oil and gas.They are new in this field, but are leader in multifuel boilers. They are also looking forward to add pollution control equipment to their portfolio. He also adds that the demand is robust after the pandemic.

“Yes! We are the leaders in website recoveries,”, states Abhay Patil proudly, “and that’s the area where we are constantly developing new things that we can showcase to our customers.” 

Abhay Patil also reveals to Machine Maker that, in the technology front they are doing a lot of research on the clean technology. One of such initiative is the waste energy plant which they built for the cement industry so as to find an integrated solution for the cement industry and reduce the carbon footprint of the cement industry and take step towards clean India.

As a proud Indian, Abhay Patil thinks that soon India will move to first position as a manufacturer as the manufacturing hub is changing. And the growing competition is looked as a healthy way to increase the quality of production and making things pollution and carbon footprint free.
