Taking the safety of exhibitors, delegates and visitors as the prime concern, Orangebeak Technologies has postponed the Boiler India 2022 Exhibition and the global conference focussing boiler and allied industries. As per the organisers, the new dates will be announced soon after reviewing the pandemic conditions.
The recent break out of COVID19 new variant Omicron has brought uncertainties in our day to day lives, beginning January 2022. The Governments in different states brought in restrictions to tackle the situation locally, and there is a positive sign of recovery across the country. Reviewing the ongoing situation, the organisers of Boiler India 2022 announced postponing the global event to a new date, which will be announced shortly.
The three-day Boiler India 2022 exhibition with the international seminar was scheduled from March 1 to 3, 2022 at CIDCO Exhibition and Convention centre, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Even there is a possibility of fewer cases during the scheduled period locally, the organisers decided to postpone the exhibition considering the overall safety concerns of exhibitors, delegates and visitors expected across India and globally.
The biannual event is expected to spotlight prominent players of global Boiler Industries and the registrations for the event are open. Many trade expos focussing on the manufacturing sector including IMTEX 2022, IFEX 2022 scheduled during January and February were postponed to new dates.
“This is a very timely and wise decision made by the organisers. Even the third wave of the pandemic is not as severe as the second wave, there are uncertainties faced by many with regards to safety during travelling and safety,” said Hari Shanker, Managing Editor, Machine Maker, who are the Media Partners for Boiler India expo. He also added, “Boiler India being one of the focussed exhibitions in India, we can expect many international visitors, and the postponement will help to the organiser to get better results for the exhibitors.”
Boiler India 2022 has been expected to be visited by more than 250 delegates from the global boiler industries. The flagship boiler show is supported by the Directorate of Steam Boilers and Labour Department, Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of Maharashtra, Ministry of Heavy Industries& Public Enterprises, Council of Scientific& Industrial Research along with the Government of India.
