In 1999, Naveen completed his Diploma in Production Engineering and Industrial Management from Government Engineering College, Sonipat and he started his career as a service engineer, working with induction heating machines. His continuous passion and extensive experience in this specialized sector eventually led him to establish Malhotra Technologies in Bahadurgarh in 2006.
Starting from a small rental office with limited funds, Naveen faced numerous challenges in the early days. Without a solid financial background, he relied on his savings to kickstart the business. However, through sheer determination and a strategic approach, he gradually overcame these hurdles. After a few years, he secured a loan to expand the business further. Today, Malhotra Technologies operates from a 300 square-yard facility, proudly displaying their impressive range of energy-efficient and compact products.
Today Malhotra Technologies supplies their machines across India to major OEMs like TATA’s vendors, Maruti’s vendors, from the medical industry Disposafe Healthcare, Sarsoria Healthcare and Osho Tools from the hand tool industry, primarily in the automotive sector.
