In 1988, Colt Equipments Pvt. Ltd., originally named Maharani Industrial Equipments, started in the industrial equipment sector. Krishnav Kohli, the younger son of the family, completed his BBA from JIMS, Vasant Kunj, and worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland for 1.5 years before joining the family business in 2021.
