PMP Machine Tools, led by Director Amit Patel, showcased its advanced wax injection machines and high-performance hydraulic solutions tailored for investment casting foundries and steel plants at IFEX expo 2026.
It was established in 1996, and the company began its journey with a 5-ton hydraulic press. Since then, it has grown steadily, expanding its manufacturing capabilities to produce hydraulic machines with capacities of up to 800 tons. Under Patel’s leadership, PMP Machine Tools continued to evolve by embracing modern technologies, strengthening its engineering expertise, and broadening its product portfolio to meet the changing demands of the manufacturing sector.
Speaking about the company’s journey, Patel highlighted that PMP Machine Tools had initially started on a small scale but steadily grew through innovation and engineering excellence. The company manufactured a wide range of hydraulic equipment including hydraulic presses, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power packs, hydraulic furnace pokers, shear containers, and scrap shear machines. It exported several of its machines and maintained a strong pan-India presence.
At the IFEX exhibition, PMP Machine Tools demonstrated two wax injection machines used in investment casting foundries. Wax injection machines were essential for producing accurate wax patterns, which were later used to create molds for casting complex metal components.
One of the machines on display was a four-pillar semi-automatic wax injection machine with a clamping capacity of 20 tons and a single-shot wax injection capacity of 4 litres. The second was a vertical C-frame wax injection machine with a 3-ton capacity and a 7-litre single-shot injection capability. Both machines were presented through live demonstrations to showcase their precision and operational efficiency.
Patel highlighted the company’s commitment to improving operational efficiency through hydraulic innovation as part of its ongoing manufacturing upgrades. By integrating advanced hydraulic systems with smart automation solutions, PMP Machine Tools aimed to enhance productivity while reducing the need for manual effort.
In addition to foundry solutions, the company also manufactured hot billet shear machines for steel plants and worked with multiple manufacturers globally in this segment.
With a rapid increase in participation at major industry exhibitions, particularly in Mumbai, PMP Machine Tools leveraged strategic platforms to connect with a broader audience. The company positioned itself as a dynamic and innovation-driven manufacturer supporting India’s growing industrial sector.
