The newly introduced 500 kg intensive mixer represents a step up from previously supplied 300 kg models that were widely used by small and medium-scale foundries. As production volumes increase and foundries expand their operations, higher-capacity and more robust mixing systems have become essential. The 500 kg model has been developed to address these growing requirements, offering enhanced machine strength, improved consistency and higher operational capability.
The company has already supplied more than 100 intensive mixers across various capacities. However, the 500 kg heavy-duty variant is being highlighted at IFEX to demonstrate its advanced engineering and strengthened construction, particularly suited for high-pressure and continuous moulding lines.
Kelsons manufactures machinery for each vertical within the foundry ecosystem, offering equipment in a wide range of capacities. In the metal handling segment, the company produces ladles ranging from 300 kg to 25-tonne capacities. These include motorised variants and specialised types such as bottom pouring ladles, pouring ladles and treatment ladles designed to meet diverse operational requirements.
In core production, Kelsons manufactures various types of shell core shooters, including vertical, horizontal and universal models. The company also provides fully automated solutions to support higher productivity and operational efficiency in modern foundries.
The company’s expertise extends to complete sand plant solutions, including sand handling systems, metal handling systems and fully automatic mould handling systems. Its product range includes belt conveyors, bucket elevators, storage systems and other material handling equipment essential for streamlined foundry operations.

The company manufactures machines for measuring the physical properties of sand, including online sand compatibility testing systems.
