Rockwell Automation, a global industrial automation and digital transformation company, announced that it will participate in the 26th annual Tire Technology Expo, scheduled from 3–5 March 2026 at Deutsche Messe in Hannover, Germany. Rockwell Automation will showcase its latest tire manufacturing innovations at Booth #7096 in Hall 21.
The Tire Technology Expo brings together tire manufacturers, engineers, suppliers and technology specialists from around the world to review emerging trends and new developments shaping the future of the sector.
Dan Paul, Director, Global Industry Sales – Tire, Rockwell Automation, said tire manufacturers are navigating a period of rapid change as the industry pushes toward sustainability, expanded digitization and stronger operational performance. He noted that Rockwell combines industry expertise with technology capabilities to help customers improve production outcomes by connecting people, processes and systems, enabling higher product quality, better efficiency and more sustainable operations.
At the expo, Rockwell Automation will present its digital and automation portfolio designed to help manufacturers move beyond traditional automation toward more self-optimizing operations. The company said its solutions support consistent quality, improved yield and energy use, as well as scalable and agile production models.
Visitors to Rockwell’s booth will be able to interact with Rockwell specialists and consultants on topics including industrial IoT, artificial intelligence, machine learning and industrial data operations. Discussions will also cover scalable manufacturing operations management tools such as manufacturing execution systems (MES), computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and quality management systems (QMS).
Rockwell Automation will also share how AI-enabled closed-loop optimization can be used to improve tire uniformity, performance and energy consumption. The company will demonstrate how a connected digital thread can link design, materials, production equipment and quality systems to improve right-first-time manufacturing. In addition, Rockwell will highlight its Digital Tire Passport approach, which supports material traceability from source to finished tire and helps manufacturers prepare for expected EU 2026 Digital Product Passport requirements while also strengthening transparency and sustainability initiatives.
Another key feature of Rockwell’s participation will be a session titled “From Materials to Mobility: Turning Tire Data into Intelligent Manufacturing,” to be delivered by Steven Nguyen, Sales Executive, Secure Digital Operations – Auto & Tire, Rockwell Automation. The presentation will focus on how tire lifecycle data can be used at different stages of manufacturing and shared across the value chain to unlock additional operational and business value. Rockwell Automation invited expo participants to visit Booth #7096 in Hall 21 to learn how its technologies are supporting the next phase of tire manufacturing modernization.
