Dormer Pramet has introduced its latest generation of high-performance solid carbide drills under the new Force series, developed to meet the demands of today’s fast-advancing machining and metalworking environments. The Force series incorporates new flute engineering, coating enhancements, and optimized coolant capabilities to support cleaner chip evacuation, reduced wear, and greater dimensional accuracy. The lineup includes the latest Force X Generation 2 drills designed for a variety of drilling depths and available with both through-coolant and solid configurations, supported by a TiAlN-top coating for enhanced performance across ISO P, M, and K material categories.
The series also features Force Micro for high-precision small-diameter drilling from 0.7 mm to 2.95 mm, enabling smooth high-speed performance and stability. Completing the range, the Force Deep Hole Drills extend drilling capability up to 20xD with internal coolant channels and a NanoTip multilayer coating that improves thermal stability and wear resistance during extended drilling cycles.
