Pritika Auto Industries Limited , a leading manufacturer of tractor components in India, announced its unaudited consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, prepared under IND-AS guidelines. In the first quarter of FY26, the company saw a notable increase in its production volume, reaching 12,386 tons, which is a rise of 19.87% compared to 10,333 tons in the same period last year.
This growth was accompanied by a strong jump in net revenue, which climbed 29.06% to ₹114.61 crore from ₹88.80 crore in Q1 FY25. The positive momentum continued with EBITDA increasing by 20.93% to ₹17.44 crore, up from ₹14.42 crore a year earlier.
Profitability also improved significantly, with profit after tax rising by 36.26% to ₹6.09 crore. This financial performance translated into a basic earnings per share (EPS) of ₹0.26 for the quarter. Overall, these figures highlight solid operational and financial growth compared to the previous year’s first quarter.
Commenting on the performance, Chairman & Managing Director Harpreet Singh Nibber said the company has started FY26 on a strong note with higher volumes driven by recovering demand. He highlighted a focus on tight cost control, product mix optimization, and disciplined working capital management to improve margins while sustaining growth.
