Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) announced its unaudited financial and operational results for the first quarter of FY2026, highlighting steady performance across its business verticals. During the quarter, HGS secured 18 new clients for its digital customer experience (CX) services and added 14 new clients for its human resources and payroll processing solutions.
Additionally, the company expanded its collaboration with 65 existing clients. As of June 30, 2025, HGS serves 393 active CX/BPM clients and 847 clients under its HRO/Payroll processing portfolio. Its digital media business, operating under the NXTDIGITAL brand, now caters to a user base exceeding 6 million.
The company operates across nine countries with 33 delivery centers worldwide. It recently inaugurated a new AI-powered Digital CX and Data Innovation Hub in Waterloo, Canada. The digital media segment now covers 4,500 Indian pin codes with over 2 lakh kilometers of fibre infrastructure, supported by 125+ NXTHUBs. Broadband services continued to grow, particularly in Tier II and III cities, with monthly ARPUs holding steady at ₹177. The DTV segment maintained an ARPU of ₹123, benefiting from targeted content offerings.
HGS earned several industry accolades in the quarter. It was awarded ‘Behavioral AI Solution of the Year’ at the AI Breakthrough Awards 2025 for its psychometric fraud detection technology. The company was also named a leader in three categories of the Nelson Hall Conversational Commerce NEAT 2025 assessment and recognized as a disruptor in the HFS Horizons report on Intelligent Retail and CPG Ecosystems. Further acknowledgments came from ISG’s “The Booming 15” and the Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® 2025 for marketing services.
For Q1 FY2026, consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,056.2 crore, with total income reaching ₹1,187.3 crore. EBITDA was reported at ₹159.7 crore, translating to a margin of 13.5%. Net profit for the quarter amounted to ₹11.2 crore.
Venkatesh Korla, Global CEO of HGS, noted that the company navigated economic headwinds and regulatory challenges to deliver stable results. He emphasized the increasing contribution from offshore markets and a growing shift toward digital solutions, particularly in the Americas, where digital operations now make up nearly 60% of the pipeline. HGS aims to become a comprehensive digital experience provider through a blend of technology, analytics, and human-centric engagement.
On the digital media side, Vynsley Fernandes, Whole-time Director of HGS and CEO of NXTDIGITAL, shared that the quarter saw strategic leadership hiring in the broadband segment and the rollout of new offerings like ONEiPTV, which integrates 25+ OTT platforms and over 600 television channels. CelerityX, the enterprise vertical, expanded its client base and delivered connectivity in challenging terrains such as the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and remote parts of Sikkim.
