Onward Technologies Limited has posted a strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, recording a consolidated net profit of ₹12.7 crore, a sharp increase of approximately 80% compared to ₹7.08 crore during the same period last year. Total revenue from operations rose by 13.2% year-on-year, reaching ₹133.15 crore against ₹117.59 crore in Q1 of the previous fiscal.
The company’s total income for the quarter stood at ₹135.61 crore, up from ₹119.42 crore last year, reflecting a growth of 13.5%. A major portion of this growth came from the company’s international markets, with revenues of ₹36.56 crore from the USA, ₹6.03 crore from Europe, and ₹15.11 crore from other regions, while revenue from the domestic market was ₹75.43 crore.
On the expense side, employee benefit costs increased to ₹98.01 crore from ₹89.21 crore, underscoring the company’s continued investment in talent. Meanwhile, other operating expenses reduced to ₹15.42 crore from ₹16.68 crore year-on-year.
The Board of Directors also announced the appointment of Mr. Aakash Joshi as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 16, 2025. Mr. Joshi, who has been with the company for the past two years, brings over six years of experience in corporate compliance and regulatory affairs.
On a standalone basis, Onward Technologies reported a net profit of ₹9.32 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹7.61 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from standalone operations increased to ₹103.32 crore from ₹89.54 crore, maintaining a similar growth trajectory as the consolidated results.
