India’s fast-growing digital economy is driving rapid advancements in the supporting sectors of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain. Reflecting this momentum, the E-Commerce Logistics Expo, held alongside the 4th edition of the Intralogistics & Warehousing Expo, is scheduled to take place from 6th to 8th November 2025 at the KTPO Convention Centre, Whitefield, Bengaluru.
This large-scale event will showcase innovations from over 200 exhibitors, featuring the latest in logistics automation, material handling, warehouse solutions, last-mile delivery systems, and supply chain software. With more than 10,000 professionals expected to attend, it offers a strong platform for interaction among retailers, logistics firms, technology providers, and brands seeking growth in a dynamic marketplace.
Bengaluru has been chosen as the venue due to its pivotal role in India’s e-commerce landscape. The city leads southern India’s contribution to online retail, accounting for over 35% of national demand. Neighbouring metros like Chennai and Hyderabad are also accelerating the adoption of express delivery, micro-fulfilment, and tech-driven logistics, making the region a strategic hub for modern supply chain development.
“Bengaluru is where innovation meets execution. The city represents the perfect backdrop for an event focused on reimagining India’s digital commerce infrastructure,” said Anuj Mathur, Managing Director, Future Market Events.
The exhibitions are supported by leading industry associations such as Peenya Industries Association (PIA), FKCCI, KASSIA, FFFAI, ASAR, and the Warehousing Association of India (WAI). Their support underscores the sector’s collective effort to foster innovation and policy alignment within the logistics and warehousing ecosystem.
A key feature of the expo is a two-day Networking Conference, where over 80 speakers will participate in two targeted summits — the E-Commerce Logistics Summit and the Warehousing & Supply Chain Summit. Topics will span automation, sustainable logistics, tech adoption, regulatory frameworks, and innovations in fulfilment. These sessions are designed to offer actionable insights and drive industry-wide dialogue on future-ready practices.
