Logitech introduced the #BePresent initiative to underline the critical role of digital presence in modern workplace collaboration. This campaign redefines what it means to be present in a digital context by integrating behavioral science with technology-driven solutions. It was developed in response to the growing challenges posed by digital and environmental distractions, which limit engagement and reduce the quality of decision-making in virtual meetings.

The campaign began with a dedicated #BePresent microsite, serving as the central hub for resources and interactive tools. It was soon followed by the release of a graphic novel featuring different meeting archetypes—such as the Juggler, the Visionary, and the Techie—designed to reflect common behaviors and roles within virtual settings.

As a next step, Logitech introduced the ‘Meeting Quotient’ survey—an interactive tool that evaluated how individuals engage during meetings. Based on responses, participants were categorized into personas including Meeting Maestros, Collaborative Connectors, and Emerging Engagers. The tool encouraged professionals to reflect on their meeting habits and identify areas for improvement. The survey was promoted across various social media platforms to drive engagement and self-assessment.

The campaign featured panel discussions conducted in both virtual and physical formats. These sessions included insights from key industry figures such as Jesse Paul, a respected marketing leader, and Ritesh Agarwal, Founder and Group CEO of OYO Rooms. Both speakers emphasized the need for intentional presence, clear communication, and authentic interaction in digital meetings.

Jesse Paul remarked “To be present means to project clarity and confidence. In virtual meetings, the human element is often bypassed. Technology can help bridge that gap—but only if used effectively. The future of leadership depends on mastering both presence and adaptability.”

Ritesh Agarwal added “Our role as leaders is to provide clarity. Virtual meetings require more than participation—they demand focused, impactful communication. Presence is not about time spent; it’s about attention, authenticity, and meaningful interaction.”

The campaign was deployed across a wide range of digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, and others. Within four weeks, it recorded more than 67 million impressions across Google, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Taboola, and Spotify.

LinkedIn proved to be the most effective channel, generating 3.5 million impressions and over 23,000 clicks, marking it as the top platform for professional engagement.

Anand Lakshmanan, Head of Logitech for Business in India, stated “Presence means more than joining a call. It means being actively engaged—visibly and audibly. The #BePresent initiative gives professionals the tools to create the same level of impact remotely as they would in person.”

Sajid Abdul, India Head of Marketing, added “This initiative is not only about better video and audio—it’s about driving deeper engagement, stronger leadership, and more productive collaboration. Professionals are looking to digital presence as a strategic advantage.”

The foundation of the campaign is built on thought leadership, engaging content, and strategic collaborations. Logitech’s approach encourages more inclusive meetings, ensuring equal participation regardless of location. The campaign underscores the need to refine digital communication habits and cultivate intentional engagement in every interaction.
