Bajel Projects Ltd a Bajaj Group enterprise, has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending 31 March 2025. In the fourth quarter of FY 2024–25, the company recorded a total income of ₹808.03 crore, reflecting a 59% increase compared to ₹507.23 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹27.33 crore, up from ₹25.91 crore during the corresponding period last year.
For the full financial year, Bajel Projects reported a total income of ₹2,629.13 crore, more than doubling the ₹1,194.51 crore reported in the previous year. The company’s annual EBITDA reached ₹90.17 crore, supported by enhanced operational efficiency. Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,598 crore in FY 2024–25, compared to ₹1,169 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax increased to ₹15.5 crore, up from ₹4 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin for the year improved to 3.43%, marking a rise of 44 basis points over the previous financial year.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Rajesh Ganesh noted that the results reflect the team’s disciplined execution and strategic focus. The company’s growth trajectory continues to be driven by its ability to deliver complex projects effectively and efficiently.
