Bajel Projects Ltd a Bajaj Group enterprise, has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending 31 March 2025. In the fourth quarter of FY 2024–25, the company recorded a total income of ₹808.03 crore, reflecting a 59% increase compared to ₹507.23 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹27.33 crore, up from ₹25.91 crore during the corresponding period last year.
For the full financial year, Bajel Projects reported a total income of ₹2,629.13 crore, more than doubling the ₹1,194.51 crore reported in the previous year. The company’s annual EBITDA reached ₹90.17 crore, supported by enhanced operational efficiency. Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,598 crore in FY 2024–25, compared to ₹1,169 crore in the previous year. Profit after tax increased to ₹15.5 crore, up from ₹4 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin for the year improved to 3.43%, marking a rise of 44 basis points over the previous financial year.
