Quest Global, a global provider of product engineering services, has been selected by bp to establish a dedicated engineering center in Bengaluru. This initiative is part of bp’s broader strategy to expand its upstream business while maintaining a focused investment approach in the energy transition. The center will support engineering and technology programs across bp’s Production & Operations and Gas & Low Carbon Energy divisions.
The Bengaluru center has completed the initial phase of development, training its first 100 engineers over the past year. As it enters its next phase of growth, the center is expected to scale operations to meet increasing demand. Activities undertaken at the Bengaluru facility will operate in parallel with innovation efforts at bp’s existing global technology hubs, including the Technical Solutions hub located in Pune.
The partnership involves Quest Global leading recruitment, training, and deployment of engineering talent to support bp’s global initiatives. The focus is on accelerating innovation and delivering engineering outcomes that align with bp’s long-term goals in both traditional and low-carbon energy sectors.
