My Measurement Assistant+ integrates with ABB Ability™ Genix Copilot, a generative AI solution developed in collaboration with Microsoft. This tool helps industrial companies enhance their efficiency, productivity, and sustainability by providing actionable insights from vast data sources. ABB estimates that the solution can resolve most technical support issues in minutes, improving first-time fix rates by up to 50%.

Additional features like ABB’s Dynamic QR codes, Condition Monitoring, and GenixDatalyzer provide enhanced functionality. Maintenance engineers can scan the Dynamic QR codes on devices to instantly receive detailed health reports, device analyses, and specific resources. The system also enables thorough root cause analysis based on live device data.
