Godrej Industries Group has unveiled a new initiative, #SheForShe, to honor the power of unity and support among women. This campaign highlights the shared strength and diverse experiences of women across various backgrounds, generations, and professions. Emphasizing the company’s dedication to gender equality and empowerment, the initiative calls for women to uplift each other to drive collective growth and equality.
The campaign presents heartfelt letters exchanged between women from different walks of life. These letters reflect both shared challenges and personal successes, celebrating each woman’s unique journey and contributions.

Created by Godrej Creative Lab and the Corporate Brand & Communications Team, the campaign shares stories of women from different backgrounds—such as a young woman asserting her independence in Mumbai, a homemaker building a nurturing home, a woman rediscovering her identity, and a trans woman claiming her space in society. Through these personal stories, #SheForShe encourages women to support and amplify each other.

The campaign will be featured across digital platforms, social media, and Godrej L’Affaire, the group’s owned media platform.
