Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has been ranked as the number one provider for customer satisfaction in Europe, according to an independent survey by Whitelane Research. This marks the 12th consecutive year that TCS has achieved the top spot in the survey.
The 2024/2025 IT Sourcing Study from Whitelane Research collected insights from nearly 2,300 participants from leading European organizations, evaluating over 6,000 IT sourcing relationships and 6,500 cloud platform relationships. TCS also secured the highest ranking in customer satisfaction in the Financial Services (84%) and Transport & Logistics (84%) sectors, surpassing industry averages.
