RRP S4E Innovations, a prominent player in electro-optics technology solutions, has secured a ₹9 crore contract from the Ministry of Defence for the supply of 101 Digital Spotter Scopes, branded as “Drishti SS-D60.” The contract was awarded following a competitive bidding process via the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
These Digital Spotter Scopes will significantly boost the Indian Army’s surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities, aiding in more efficient border security and tactical operations. The order is set for delivery between January and May, ensuring timely deployment of the advanced equipment. In addition to ease of use, the scopes are engineered for high precision, with mechanical components crafted to a tolerance of just 1 micron and optical elements finished to 3 nanometers, ensuring exceptional image quality and reliability.
