This strategic move positions ADVIK as a leading global supplier of advanced braking technologies and supports its long-term growth objectives.
Powersports MTG, a spin-off from the century-old German brand MAGURA, has been a trusted name in high-performance brake and clutch systems since 1893. Headquartered in Bad Urach, Germany, Powersports brings a portfolio of innovative products, including advanced master cylinders, floating and fixed calipers, and hydraulic clutch systems, tailored for on-road, off-road, and high-performance motorcycles.
The acquisition, carried out through ADVIK’s Singapore-based subsidiary, ADVIK Singapore Pte. Ltd., adds a significant boost to ADVIK’s global footprint. Powersports reported nearly €30 million in revenue in 2024, highlighting its strong market presence and technical prowess.
