Solidus Techno Power Pvt Ltd, a prominent player in solar EPC solutions, has announced its entry into Rajasthan with a 29 MWp solar project in Bikaner. This initiative marks the company’s first venture outside Punjab, where it has already established itself as a leader in renewable energy. The Bikaner project is set to power one of the state’s largest industries, aligning with Solidus’s mission to deliver clean, dependable energy to India’s industrial sector.

The 29 MWp solar plant in Bikaner is expected to generate approximately 47 million kWh of clean energy annually, contributing significantly to sustainable energy production. By reducing over 42,300 metric tons of CO2 emissions each year, the project will play a vital role in mitigating environmental impact and supporting India’s carbon reduction goals. Additionally, it will address energy efficiency by meeting 40% of the power requirements for a major manufacturing facility, thereby reducing reliance on conventional energy sources and lowering operational costs.

Beyond its environmental and energy benefits, the project will have a positive impact on the local economy. The construction phase is set to create numerous employment opportunities, boosting economic activity in Bikaner. Moreover, it will foster skill development in the renewable energy sector, equipping the local workforce with valuable expertise and contributing to the region’s long-term growth in the green energy industry.

Solidus Techno Power will handle this turnkey project, overseeing design, engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure seamless implementation. Building on its success in Punjab, Solidus Techno Power is broadening its reach across India, with the Bikaner project as a key milestone. The company’s expertise in state-of-the-art solar technology positions it to help industries adopt greener energy solutions efficiently.

“We are proud to expand into Rajasthan with this landmark solar project,” said Harvinder Singh, Director of Solidus Techno Power Pvt. Ltd. “This step underscores our commitment to empowering industries with clean energy, reducing their carbon footprint, and driving energy independence.”

Solidus Techno Power’s expansion supports India’s renewable energy targets, contributing to the nation’s goal of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030. The Bikaner project demonstrates the transformative role of solar energy in reshaping industrial operations.
