Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing a spot among the top three global FMCG companies for sustainability on the 2024 Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). This recognition includes leadership in the Emerging Markets category and a debut on the DJSI World Index for Consumer Goods.
The DJSI is a globally respected benchmark that evaluates companies on stringent economic, environmental, and social criteria. Managed by S&P Global, the index assessed over 13,000 companies worldwide, with GCPL earning the highest score among Indian FMCG firms and the second-highest score globally in its category.
