Sachin Bhise, the director of Drihten Technology Pvt Ltd completed his engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 2011. With a degree in this field and over a decade of hands-on experience in electronic R&D, manufacturing, and service, Mr Bhise made his expertise into manufacturing products that bridge critical technological gaps.
After completing his graduation in 2011, he started his career as an Embedded Engineer and while continuing his job Mr Bhise started this company along with his partner Vishal Dongare and Avinash Tarolkar. Pune based Drihten Technology specializes in designing and manufacturing safety solutions for the industrial sector. The company focuses on creating innovative products that enhance operational safety while complying with stringent government guidelines. Over the years, the company has established itself as a reliable name, catering to industries such as the Indian Railways, Indian Army, and crane manufacturing. Mr Bhise also shared, “We understood the process of how electronic products are made and the technology behind them. That’s why we decided to focus all our efforts on direct manufacturing”.
The company was founded with a clear mission to enhance the safety of both machines and humans through innovative electronic solutions. After identifying a significant technology gap in the market he decided to focus on developing safety products for the industrial sector, particularly for crane systems.“Our focus is on safety—whether it’s safeguarding humans or ensuring the proper functioning of machines. We’ve developed products like inclinometers, wireless devices, and EOT crane components to comply with government safety guidelines,” explains Sachin.

As a strong supporter of the Make in India initiative, Mr Bhise emphasizes that their products are proudly designed and manufactured in India, leveraging hubs in regions like Pune and Gujarat.Mr Bhise proudly says, “Our products are entirely made in India, and we are committed to contributing to the Indian market and economy”.
While Drihten Technology primarily operates within India, the company indirectly exports its products overseas through third-party partnerships, ensuring their technology reaches global markets.The path to success hasn’t been without its hurdles. “Every entrepreneur faces challenges, especially in the initial stages. For us, the biggest challenges were absorbing new technologies and providing long-term solutions to engineering problems” Sachin shares.
Despite these obstacles, Drihten Technology has remained future-focused, designing products with a lifespan of 10–20 years and prioritizing both electronic and mechanical reliability. Looking ahead, he has ambitious plans for the next two to three years. “The goal is to achieve significant growth, targeting a 20–30% increase in sales. We also aim to expand our presence globally and make a name for ourselves in advanced technologies” he reveals.
