Omnia Technologies, a global leader in automation and bottling technologies for the spirits, wine, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, has announced a strategic joint venture with India’s Economy Process Solutions. This collaboration aims to become a leading provider of processing and packaging equipment for the Indian market, serving the beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. The joint venture will be headquartered in Pune, India.
Omnia Technologies, based in Treviso, Italy, is a prominent company with a consolidated turnover of over €700 million, 37 production sites, 24 commercial offices, and approximately 2,500 employees. Formed in 2020, Omnia integrates well-known brands like Della Toffola, Bertolaso, TMCI Padovan, and others, creating a robust presence in automation solutions.
Economy Process Solutions, headquartered in Mumbai with manufacturing facilities in Chakan, Pune, has been a crucial partner of Omnia for nearly three decades, helping establish Della Toffola as a market leader in brewery and winery filtration equipment since 1996.
This new joint venture combines Omnia’s technological expertise with Economy’s deep understanding of the Indian market and its engineering capabilities. A Centre of Excellence will be established in Pune to enhance local manufacturing and serve the Indian beverage, pharmaceutical, and dairy industries.

The joint venture will officially launch in December 2024 but will make its debut at Drink Technology India 2024 in Mumbai, from October 23rd-25th, where Omnia Technologies will showcase its latest processing, bottling, and packaging machinery at Hall 1, Booth D-11.
