Achieving Price for Innovation is the major Challenge!

Initiating its operation in India 16 years ago, Camozzi India has geared up to automise the Indian market through its wide range of products and solutions. These products are designed and manufactured to serve the Indian customers. The company deals with the pneumatic automation which is required for all general purposes. Lalit Awasthi has been the backbone for Camozzi India since December 2018. He is currently serving the company as the Country Manager. “Camozzi is not just a company, it is a brand. A global brand which stands amongst the top pneumatic automation companies.” shares Mr. Awasthi.

Indian Journey and growth

Being in action since 2003, Camozzi has had a great journey throughout. Head Quartered in Noida – Uttar Pradesh (Delhi – NCR), It has the regional presence in all major cities across India such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Ludhiana, Kanpur, etc. India is a challenging market and therefore the growth of the company is gradual economically and socially. Since the company entered the Indian market a little late, it faces a slight issue in carving its niche in the market.

“The major challenge lies in obtaining the price for the innovation. This is because; India is a price sensitive country. And therefore to get the price for the product innovation projected requires a lot of efforts”, quotes Lalit Awasthi. “We are working closely on revamping the strategies to achieve our goals and targets.” He adds.

Customer communication is the key

For any company to establish itself in India, engaging with the customers is a vital source. This not only deepens the bond but also develops the trust in them regarding the brand and the company. “Healthy communication between the company and customer involves the fruit the customers would be able to reap through the company’s products and innovations”, adds Mr. Awasthi.
