KEC International Ltd., a major player in global infrastructure and part of the RPG Group, has announced new contracts in its Transmission and Distribution (T&D) sector worth ₹1,171 crore. These contracts involve the construction of a 400 kV transmission line in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and a 380 kV transmission line in Saudi Arabia.
Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and CEO of KEC International, expressed satisfaction with the company’s continued success in the T&D segment, particularly in the Middle East. “These significant order wins have greatly bolstered our international T&D order book. With these new contracts, our year-to-date order intake has reached ₹10,000 crore, marking an impressive 80% growth compared to last year,” Kejriwal noted. He added that these achievements strengthen the company’s confidence in meeting its growth targets.
