Suguna Enterprises has been a significant player in the compressor industry for seven years. “We take care of all kinds of services for compressors, including critical breakdowns,” says Balram R Yadav. The company has been a channel partner for Deep Pneumatics air compressors for the past two years and has handled numerous niche projects across various sectors, including Pharma, EPC, laser, Plastics, Packaging and agriculture. “We have captured almost 70% of the market in Telangana,” he adds proudly.
The Evolution of Excellence
Suguna Enterprises began its journey as a small entity with just two to three employees. Initially focused on standard compressor servicing, the company soon expanded its capabilities. “We moved on to handling critical breakdowns, servicing 100, 150, and 200 HP air compressors, including oil-free compressors,” explains Mr Yadav. This transition was marked by a significant challenge: gaining the confidence to handle highly critical screw compressors, which were often turned away by other service providers. “We took it as a challenge, and from then on, we knew we could handle any issue.”
Recognizing the crucial role of compressed air in production, the company introduced rental services three to four years ago. “When there’s a critical breakdown, compressed air is vital for production,” says Mr Balram R Yadav. The rental service ensures that production is not halted, providing a backup solution for clients. “The industry in the AP Telangana market knows us for this segment as well,” she adds.

Suguna Enterprises offers a one-stop solution for all compressed air needs. “We are experts in three segments: sales, services, and rentals,” Mr Balram explains. This approach has positioned the company as a comprehensive provider in the market. “As of now, we are channel partners with Deep Pneumatics, having completed around 50 to 80 installations in the last one to two years in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh,” he notes. One of their notable achievements is the installation of a high-pressure screw compressor with a 40-bar capacity at one of the renowed EPC industry, the first of its kind in India.
One of the primary challenges faced by Mr Balram is the question of brand recognition. To address this, the company offers 6 to 8 services free of cost and ensures availability for critical breakdowns within 24 hours. They also provide online support through video calls, saving clients on service or visiting charges. Everything cannot be commercial; sometimes, you have to offer benefits to clients to build trust.
