IndoSpace and Magic Bus India Foundation have celebrated the graduation of 52 women from rural Maharashtra who completed the Young Women Fellowship Programme (YWFP). This programme, run jointly by IndoSpace and Magic Bus, aimed to provide these women with essential skills in business, communication, and leadership.

The women, from the Chakan and Khopoli areas where IndoSpace operates large logistic parks, underwent extensive training that included workshops, exposure visits, and mentoring. They also worked on community projects and started new businesses. The graduates received certificates and business kits from IndoSpace.

Rajesh Jaggi from IndoSpace emphasized the importance of empowering women for both economic and social progress. Jayant Rastogi from Magic Bus highlighted that this programme helps women become self-reliant and drive positive changes in their communities.
