Shera Energy Limited (NSE: SHERA), an integrated manufacturer of winding wires, conductors and value-added copper, aluminium and brass products for the power, renewable energy, mobility and industrial sectors, has reported its financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, delivering its highest-ever half-yearly revenue.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for H1FY27 stood at ₹1,047.40 crore, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.2%. EBITDA increased 70.9% year-on-year to ₹70.78 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 6.76%. Profit after tax (PAT) more than doubled, rising 102.3% to ₹30.77 crore, representing a margin of 2.94%.

The company’s performance was supported by sustained demand from transformer and power equipment manufacturers, alongside continued operational efficiency and progress across its integrated manufacturing operations. During the period, Shera Energy advanced several strategic projects aimed at expanding its manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its position across the non-ferrous metals value chain. Its 99.50% subsidiary, Shera Zambia Limited, has taken its copper cathode facility in Zambia’s Copperbelt into the pilot stage. The first trial batch of 8.6 MT of copper cathode with 99.99% purity has been produced and sold. Phase 1 of the facility has an installed capacity of 1,200 MT per annum, with commercial operations expected to commence by Q4FY27.

At Shera Metal Private Limited, the new facility manufacturing super-fine enamelled wires, PV ribbon wires and busbars has commenced commercial production. Trials for continuously transposed conductors (CTC) have also been completed, and initial commercial orders have been executed. Full-scale commercial production is expected by the end of the year.

Additionally, the recently added capacities at Rajputana Industries’ Reengus facility have commenced commercial production. These include 2,400 MTPA of nickel-iron alloy capacity and 36,000 km per annum of cable and conductor capacity. As part of its capital-raising initiatives, Shera Energy allotted 45,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis at ₹118 per warrant on July 14, 2026, aggregating ₹53.10 crore. The company also received an upgrade in its credit rating on July 15, 2026, to ACUITE A- / Stable for long-term facilities and ACUITE A2+ for short-term facilities.

The company expects the continued expansion of India’s power infrastructure, renewable energy capacity and electric mobility ecosystem to support demand for copper and aluminium products. Under the National Electricity Plan (2023–32), planned investment of ₹9.15 lakh crore is expected to support the expansion of transformer capacity from 1,478 GVA to 2,345 GVA by 2032. The ₹3.03 lakh crore Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) is also driving grid modernisation and the replacement of ageing distribution transformers.

Commenting on the performance, Shaikh Naseem, Chairman and Managing Director, Shera Energy Limited, said, “We achieved our highest-ever half-yearly revenue of ₹1,047.4 crore in H1FY27, growing 34.2% year-on-year, driven by strong demand from transformer and power equipment manufacturers. Our integrated capabilities across copper, aluminium and brass, along with in-house recycling and disciplined working capital management, helped us navigate metal price volatility. The improved credit rating, capital raise and progress in our Zambia facility and value-added product lines further strengthen our growth plans.”
