GREW Solar has entered into a channel partnership with ASK Engineering Solutions, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, to expand its distribution network in western India. The agreement is intended to improve access to the company’s solar modules across the city and surrounding markets.

The partnership will cover the distribution of GREW Solar’s solar module portfolio, including products compliant with Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) provisions. The arrangement is expected to support customer access to domestically manufactured modules and strengthen the company’s engagement with installers, project developers and other buyers in the region.

The agreement forms part of GREW Solar’s efforts to expand its channel network across key solar markets in India. The company is seeking to build regional distribution relationships that can connect its manufacturing operations with customers across commercial, industrial and other market segments.

ASK Engineering Solutions brings local market knowledge and existing relationships with installers and project developers in the region. These connections are expected to support product distribution and customer engagement as demand for solar installations increases.

Hiten Parekh, Chief Business Officer of GREW Solar, said the partnership would help the company strengthen its presence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and neighbouring markets. He said a wider channel network would be important for reaching customers as solar adoption grows across different segments.

GREW Solar is a venture of the Chiripal Group and has deployed more than 3 GW of solar modules across India. The company operates a 6.5 GW module manufacturing facility at Dudu in Rajasthan, where it manufactures high-efficiency N-type TOPCon G12R modules for utility-scale and other applications. The company plans to increase its module manufacturing capacity to 11 GW. It is also setting up an 8 GW solar photovoltaic cell manufacturing facility in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. The facility has received ALMM-II listing for 2.4 GW of capacity.

GREW Solar is also planning to establish 8 GW of ingot and wafer manufacturing capacity as part of its move towards a more integrated solar manufacturing value chain. These investments are intended to expand its domestic manufacturing capabilities and support the supply of solar products to the Indian market.

The partnership with ASK Engineering Solutions adds a regional distribution channel to these manufacturing plans. It is expected to bring GREW Solar’s products closer to customers in western India while supporting the company’s wider distribution and market expansion strategy. GREW Solar focuses on solar module manufacturing, technology development and product quality, with plans to expand its manufacturing presence and serve a wider range of solar applications.
