JK Tyre & Industries Limited, one of India’s leading tyre manufacturers, has reported its highest-ever consolidated revenue of ₹4,850 crore for the second quarter of FY27 ended September 30, 2026, registering year-on-year growth of 20%. The performance was supported by broad-based demand across markets and product segments, with the company’s domestic business gaining momentum following the implementation of GST 2.0.

Commenting on the results, Dr Raghupati Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director, JK Tyre & Industries Limited, said, “JK Tyre’s strong performance in Q2FY27 demonstrates remarkable progress towards our zeal to be amongst the most profitable tyre companies in India, achieving highest-ever consolidated revenue of Rs.4,850 crore, registering a robust growth of 20% on a Y-o-Y basis. The growth was broad-based across markets and product segments. India business has picked up significant growth momentum post GST 2.0, anchoring an increase in OE market by 65%, leading to 32% growth in domestic sales, on a year-on-year basis. This has been delivered through disciplined execution across markets and segments.”

The company reported consolidated EBITDA of ₹343 crore for the quarter, representing a 28% increase sequentially. The performance was achieved despite persistently elevated input costs and supply chain constraints, including container freight rates that remain significantly above historical levels. Geopolitical tensions in West Asia continued to pose challenges to the operating environment, underscoring the importance of cost discipline and operational efficiency.

JK Tornel, the company’s Mexican subsidiary, recorded a recovery in performance during the quarter, generating revenue of ₹479 crore. Its contribution reinforces the subsidiary’s strategic importance to JK Tyre’s international expansion and strengthens the company’s presence in overseas markets.

Looking ahead, Dr Singhania said, “Looking ahead, we remain optimistic on the demand backed by healthy customer traction visible across segments and we continue to remain focused on delivering sustainable and profitable growth by leveraging our technologically advanced manufacturing facilities, pan India service network for fleets, wide international presence and strong customer partnerships.”
