The 59th edition of Media Expo New Delhi concluded at Bharat Mandapam with a record attendance of 19,458 visitors from 544 Indian cities, 28 states and Union Territories, and 22 countries. The exhibition brought together manufacturers, technology providers, buyers and professionals from the signage, display, printing and branding industries.

The event featured more than 150 exhibitors, 200 brands and over 300 products. More than 20 companies participated for the first time, while 17 international companies showcased their products. The exhibition also occupied a larger area than the previous edition.

Companies including EPSON, CDI, LISCO and Roland DG introduced new products and technologies, supported by live demonstrations and on-site presentations. Indian exhibitors included Negi, Colorjet, Truecolor and Mehta CAD CAM, while international participants included Easy Building Plastic Co. Ltd, Graphictac Technology Co. Ltd and Gildo Profilati Srl.

The exhibition covered digital signage, LED displays, video walls, large-format digital printing, advanced signage materials, aluminium composite panels and retail branding solutions. Products on display included UV, solvent and eco-solvent printing systems, high-resolution LED displays, interactive digital out-of-home solutions, AR- and QR-enabled signage, and 3D signage.

Growing investment in smart city projects, retail chains, showrooms and quick-service restaurants across North India is contributing to demand for digital signage and large-format printing technologies. The event provided manufacturers and buyers with an opportunity to discuss products, identify suppliers and explore business partnerships.

International exhibitors reported interest from Indian buyers. Lucrezia Bandelli of Italian company Gildo Profilati Srl said visitors showed interest in its cellulose-based trim caps for channel letters, which feature aluminium inserts designed to provide resistance to ultraviolet exposure and climatic conditions.

Yong Tang, Sales Manager at Easy Building Plastic, which manufactures PVC foam boards and acrylic sheets, said the exhibition enabled the company to meet existing Indian customers in person and develop business contacts. Indian exhibitors also reported positive responses. Abhishek Gupta, Executive Director of Alutech India, said the event helped the company connect with brands and original equipment manufacturers in the corporate signage market. Tejinder Singh, Director of Colors Digital India, said the exhibition supported dealer engagement and generated interest in the company’s newly launched printing machine.

Morix Innovations presented digital signage products, including stands, totems and displays, alongside an advertising light with integrated content management software. The company said it received enquiries from distributors and customers across India and overseas.

The next edition announced for the series is Media Expo Hyderabad, scheduled for December 4–6, 2026, at the HITEX Exhibition Centre. Media Expo New Delhi 2026 provided a platform for businesses across printing, advertising, signage and branding to present products, demonstrate technologies and establish buyer-seller connections.
