Krones has strengthened its presence in India with the official opening of its new production facility in Vemagal, near Bengaluru. The new plant will enable the company to work more closely with customers and expand its capabilities in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets for beverage, food and packaging technologies.
The new facility is an important addition to Krones’ existing network in India and reflects the company’s long-term investment in the country. India has become an increasingly important market for the Krones Group, driven by rising demand for modern production, filling, packaging and processing solutions.
