Aion-Tech Solutions Limited (BSE: 531439 | NSE: GOLDTECH), formerly Goldstone Technologies Limited, reported strong financial and operational performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by growing demand for enterprise intelligence, data analytics, asset intelligence and technology-enabled logistics solutions. Revenue from Operations for FY26 increased to ₹100.1 crore, representing year-on-year growth of 15.3% compared with ₹86.8 crore in FY25. The performance reflects sustained momentum across the Company’s analytics and enterprise intelligence businesses, increased adoption of platform-led solutions and continued expansion of its intelligent operations ecosystem.

During FY26, Aion-Tech strengthened its position as a comprehensive enterprise intelligence provider by integrating software licensing, consulting, implementation and managed services into a unified delivery model. This approach has enabled customers to accelerate digital transformation initiatives while improving operational visibility, decision-making and business performance through advanced analytics.

A key growth driver during the year was the continued expansion of the Company’s enterprise intelligence capabilities through strategic partnerships with leading technology and cloud providers. These collaborations have enhanced Aion-Tech’s ability to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning data management, analytics, reporting and business intelligence. The Company also advanced its Business Intelligence and Data Analytics practice through investments in its Center of Excellence, supporting clients with specialized expertise across the analytics value chain.

A major highlight of FY26 was the evolution of ROQIT, Aion-Tech’s asset intelligence platform. Initially focused on electric vehicle monitoring, ROQIT has expanded into a multi-industry platform serving fleet operators, logistics providers, mining companies, construction businesses and industrial enterprises. The platform enables real-time monitoring, asset tracking, utilization analysis and operational intelligence, helping customers improve efficiency and optimize resource deployment.

Aion-Tech also continued to strengthen ETO, its technology-enabled logistics platform. The business expanded beyond traditional transportation services to offer digitally integrated first-mile and last-mile connectivity, employee transportation solutions, multimodal mobility services and logistics management capabilities. Growth in the rail parcel platform and new customer acquisitions further reinforced ETO’s position in the evolving logistics landscape.

Commenting on the results, Chanakya Bellam, Whole-Time Director, said, “FY26 represents another important step in our journey as we continue building a diversified technology platform serving enterprise intelligence, asset intelligence and digital logistics markets. Our focus remains on innovation, strategic partnerships and scalable solutions that help organizations operate more intelligently and efficiently.”

Looking ahead, Aion-Tech plans to continue expanding its technology platforms, strengthen industry partnerships and capitalize on opportunities arising from India’s accelerating digital transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives. With a diversified business portfolio and scalable operating model, the Company remains well positioned to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value for stakeholders.
